Facilitated development of Concept Center's five-year project plan. Conducted user experience research workshops for internal teams as well as other companies. Planned workshop on sustainable design methods. Led technical development project that resulted in two prototypes that demonstrate improved customer experience and significant cost and weight savings compared to current solutions. Designed and prototyped an interactive destination space.
Summer Intern 2005
Designed and built subsystem of a concept demonstrator for onboard trash management. Contributed to other Center projects aimed at improving the experience of flight, including an overhead crew rest and a project for pets and their owners.
